What a great place! Friendly people, especially the owner, JR, who seems to sincerely appreciate everyone who comes to the shop. Since the pandemic they began taking appointments online which is great when you are busy working, etc. Took advantage of that last time and went to Noreen who did a great job. Have also used Pat in the past but he wasn't in the day I was able to get there. Pat does a great job too and one of our sons used to love going to him when he was in grade school and high school. Also had used Bill - another one who did a fine job - but he has moved on. Walk-ins are also taken using a sign up board in the waiting area so that you have an idea of how long a wait you will have. Still, I prefer the ability to make an appointment and will do that again. Again, nice place!

This place is incredible. Professional friendly and overall just very comforting place to get your hair cut and beard taken care of. Recently, I’ve had Shane as my barber the pst few times and he is the perfect barber for me. A good conversationalist, but very focused and polite. He always make sure I leave with a smile while looking and feeling fresh. I would recommend this place to ANYBODY. Also their dog will melt your heart.

I scheduled a cut with Christy and she did an AMAZING job!! She took her time and actually had a good conversation while cutting my hair and trimming my beard. Everyone here is so nice and clearly have been doing this for a long time. Her experience shines through. And for the price? Can’t beat it!! She’s great at what she does!

We look forward to getting my son’s haircut at the Barbershop in Great Southern. JR, Jen, and Pat all give great haircuts. I am more than pleased every time we go. We found this shop about a year ago, but wish we would have found them sooner. All the staff is welcoming and friendly! One of our favorites is Teddy the shop dog!! Teddy greets everyone that walks through the door and lets you pet him, he’s adorable! Wonderful place all the way around!!! Highly recommend!

Christy was great! Got me in and out in 15 minutes with exactly the haircut I wanted, which is hard to come by. She did confirm my request for length, as I prefer it very short on top and in my experience most barbers assume I don't want it that short, causing me to go home and re-cut it myself. Will definitely be back!

Excellent experience. I love supporting Small Business and these guys did a great job! Christy was very friendly, personable and did a great job! If you need a Hair Cut are around Collier Twp, this place needs to be your first stop!
